My experience with Amarprakash was good. The whole process from start to end was smooth. I very much like staying in my flat — the apartment is quiet and comfortable, and being near the 200ft road is very advantageous; we can reach any part of Chennai in less time. Backup power for common areas gives a safe feel, and the club house is a great place. I especially like the maintenance activities they do after completing the project — the people are very supportive and attend to small rectifications to our satisfaction.
I am happy to inform that M/s Amarprakash gives the best location for housing in and around Chennai at an affordable cost. The site engineer and CRM team extend good service to customers at any point of time. I booked a flat at Saffron Heights and the quality of the building system is really appreciable.
